The one in Infinity War was subtle because there weren't alot of them (female superheoes). The one in Endgame was in your face like "Look, girl power for absolutely no reason".

So it looks forced only because there were more women but if men had such a scene it would've looked normal?

Infinity War was better. They nearly destroyed Thor and Hulk in Endgame. Sabse jyada dukh toh Thor ka hua. Ragnarok and Infinity War made him such a Rock Star and Endgame destroyed all the arcs of his char.

Also they killed Tony Stark. Even if not physically they shud have shown him as an AI in the end.
