One more similarity...Mini uses 'Arre yaar' too often, must have learnt it from her Spiderman 😆

Haha waise Are Yaar existed as a common phrase before Mohan/Kunal made it famous😆......but chalo maan lete hain that Mini learnt it from him only😆

Omg, this used to be Ashnoor??? 😲

I faintly remember watching this show with my grandparents. They loved it so much!

Yes it is

She was so tiny and was called Nanhi/Chawanni 😛

NBT (atleast the first 150 episodes) was a classic and cult show...one of the most realistic shows of ITV in the last few years till the channel decided to interfere and managed to spoil the essence quite a bit!!

Funny enough, dreaming about romanticized weddings is something that I've caught myself doing as well. On one hand I want the whole shebang, while on the other I don't cuz I don't see the point of it. My relatives and cousins weren't there for me when I needed them so why should I include them for what should be my special day? And frankly speaking, I'm totally fine just shifting into a new home after signing the dotted line. I can't stand crowds and just the idea of being the center of attention gives me panic attacks. I hate how there has been one standard given for desi weddings. That it has to be done this way, and that if it's not, then it was either because the family was cheap or whatnot.

This got super personal real quick but this has been getting on my nerves for a while now.

couldn't sleep, so back here.

@Bold - me too. i think every girl has some dreams at some point of time.

I want the whole shebang but my relatives and cousins weren't there for me when I needed them so why should I include them for what should be my special day? - absolutely, inviting them is like pointless BUT THEN you HAVE TO invite them and the entire society, otherwise the talks of the society- the boy is useless, ladka-ladki ne kuch kiya hoga, paise bacha liye, cheap hain, kuch chupa rahe hain etc etc. GODDDDDDD.

Ditto 😊

Yes her smile and then HS 😘😘...their bond reminds me so much of Nanhi and her Spiderman, Ashnoor's previous show..I find glaring similarities just that now Nanhi has grown up to be our Mini 😊

finally someone brought this topic up..u can even find similarities in many characters such as HS AND Lala in the other show it was Mohan and Guru..anyways the bond of nanhi and Mohan was something else..It is one notch above HS and Mini(maybe because nanhi was too small and cute)..and there also it was nanhi who wanted megha to marry Mohan...and here also we are going through the same emotions...feeling nostalgic..

This topic of social conditioning is a touchy one....patriarchy runs very deep in society so it's hard for many to even realize what they've been conditioned towards. Everything gets cloaked in romanticism so people don't always realize what they've been conditioned for.

Baaki toh yes, opinions are subjective on this.....some find the rituals and taam jhaam a hassle, some revel in them to feel like a princess😆....I guess I personally don't have patience for superficial taam jhaam....I belong in the camp that feels these rituals only have meaning if everyone is happy together....warna koi faayda nahin and faaltu ka load upar se.....lol

even i am of the opinion ki ye tam jhaam ka kya fayda. why spend so much on weddings. keep the money it will be useful in married life to settle down

watching babitas hanuman wedding i have a feeling why these elaborate arrangements extra stress on mini & expenditure also. And even after all this babita is unhappy thinking uske purane sasural wale khush nhi hai

generally people go for a simple marriage 2nd time around because they have already seen it all 1stt time around

I never thought I'd be able to find something to match Nanhi-Spiderman ki bonding but lo and behold, we get Mini-HS......like a grown up version of Nanhi and her Spiderman....lol I continue the story in my head😆.....there is that aspect of friendship before a father-daughter relationship that's common b/w both duos.

one more nanhi - mohan fan😳. their chemistry was just out of the world. Nothing comes near to that for me. ashnoor being an 8 year old even then could put the elders to shame with her acting. i remember a scene with kunal in season 2 and it was just pure chemistry. I dont think KKK has had better chemistry with anyone else than this little kid. My favs have always been non romantic couples. here too mini hanuman are my favourite but nothing beats nanhi-mohan for me.

And how wonderful is ashnoor as an actor. i started watching this show only for her & used to watch YRKKH also but there she was not given much to do. i actually started NBT too because of her because the little girl nanhi stole my heart in one scene i saw. she has grown so much & has got better. she just lits up the screen every time & her acting is so real you just instantly connect

I don't know but will she ever be happy if you brings excess baggage with her.

She looks so unhappy in this Marriage and has not helped once even apart from stirring and looking miserable. What is the whole point of it all than.

I wand HS to put Mendhi on his hands and it is really bright to prove his love for her.
