I can't decide between You Are My Soniya, Deewana Hain Dekho and Yeh Ladka Haye Allah All were faves back when the movie released.

Suraj hua madham is such a maja bore song unless you’re really into srk neck-choos-ing wala romance

Very difficult to decide, K3G had some amazing songs. I picked Suraj Hua Madham because of SRKajol chemistry that was at it's peak at that point (sadly it declined later on with MNIK and Dilwale) and its one of Sonu Nigam's best + the exotic location.

Bole Chudiyan is also fantastic with the whole cast
