Why do producers bank in on mainly YRF/Dharma talent?

Is this a negative? All of dharma talent has gotten films immediately. tara, ananya, sidharth, alia, varun, jhanvi, ishaan...are all getting really good work. Are they really all deserving. Why do producers bank in on them so much.

YRF talent, not as much...but bhumi, parineeti, arjun are some actors still doing pretty good work despite flopping. Anushka/ranveer being the most successful.

It seems most of these actors are in the limelight regardless if they are talented or not.

Some actors, I can name kriti sanon, taapsee as two who have not debuted with them but have risen into the top 10-15 actress list.
