Exactly. And CS did open at 1.2 and saw a steady rise. You can't get a 2+ at 7:30 . Also if it helps we have made an entry into top 20 in the first week itself which EBSS didn't , which means this week people generally scored low on TRP. We have a cause of worry of it falls next week

Exactly! With Reboots & seasons the good is a certain confidence of previous laurels to grab intial attention but the bad can be comparison with original with expectations & in reality most of the memories usually have nostalgic yearning for bygone 😊

Not bad , going by the time slot plus with too many characters introduced, amongst them quite a few still settling in with serious trepidation around Dr Shashank's health as focal, the coordination between characters was not an easy task.

Next few weeks will be decisive how they'll move or shift the story- pivoting towards professional lives with personal at backdrop or vice versa, as unfortunately & ultimately, here,TRP appraises everything- the run of the story & run of the show !

Bold: I guess they should stop their strategy of evoking nostalgic feelings among the audience. 7yrs is a long time for people to remember. Plus even if people remember,with this they are increasing the old audience's expectation , and they will continuously compare( and rightly so). They should deal with the show as a new one and work accordingly.

I guess she mixed the first epi trp with that of the whole week's. Ebss 1st day trp was 1.3 . But what the channel did with that show was pathetic. That's why I am scared of Sanjivani.

here opening episode got 1.7 when last show trp was 0.7. and they were playing yrk yaadhein at 7 pm before ebss.

trust me. I even put that in post here. editing execution was really bad in first week. This week it has improved thou they still should work on lighting and few scenes felt rushed.

actually its not even 7, its 17 years because sanjivani came in 2002.

DMG was like spin off which came in 2007 so its quite long time.

What 17! Then they should completely forget and start in a fresh way. Who remembers what happened 17yrs ago in a show🥱. DMG , was on another channel I guess, also the name was different, so I doubt whether that was a sequel.

I am surprised what is the need of comparing EBSS TRP with Sanjivani.

No doubt Sanjivani TRP is fine this week and 7:30 slot in top 20 without marriage drama is really good. But the point is it should not decrease in coming weeks. If it maintains 1.3 then it is really fine.

~ I think this 1.3 trp is ok , but I expected it around 1.42 to 1.45. Online opening week trp is very good. Looking at the time slot, I think it's good because if there wasn't any festivals in between then the average will.be 1.5 for whole week.

This week episodes are better,so hoping it will increase and

~ Slot leader show opened with 1.1trp in 27th week then it increases to 1.2, 1.4, 1.7 & 1.9( for 2 weeks).

Let's be fair majority of us weren't impressed about the first week' episodes. Be it old or new viewers. Every one had their own issues. Old viewers skipping new cast scenes, new viewers skipping old cast scenes, result is trps=1.3.

But this week's episodes are better. So let's wait for next week for a proper verdict.

Infact one month is needed to really make a verdict.
