i remember a lil about my sis(didi) wedding!! i was 7 years old so don really remember wad happen but yeah!!

man ur lucky u get attnt all d wedding n stff but me 😭 last wedding i attnd was like 3-4 years ago. n it wasn dat much fun either...cuz i was d only kid dere in bride family(it was luv marrige so we had slipt d guest who is gonna b 4m groom n who's gonna bride ppl)....lol n wad can i do by my self....nuffin!
but yeah we danced like crazy on Bou Bhat day cuz dat day every1 was 1 family 😃 but at d end it was a big fight between d groom family n bride family...cuz every1 was drunk n dey started to talk bout non sense about e.o....lol
i remember d groom fater was like "Tui ei khane ki koros" n he was drink like crazy n i got scard n ran 2 my cuzin!!

The last wedding I went to in Bangladesh was 8 years ago. Wow thats sad.
Anyways...I don't remember it that well but I know that the food was really good. I remember that I didn't know most of the people there so I was kinda bored. I didn't care about wearing good clothes cuz at that age u r just like that I guess. I remember that everyone wore really pretty clothes and there was a lot of music playing and a lot of pretty lights.

oh cool! this is great!i just sttended a wedding this summer and Anu(cutiedia) joined me. It was my sister's wedding on July 20th.

Everything went kind of fast and we didnt really have much time but we did whatever we could to have fun.

My cousins, friends and other family members all stood by the restaurant door to wait for my soon to be dulabhai and of course we asked for money and they refused.LOL.We begged for like at least 10,000 take.Nope.5,000 take.nope.how mean?Right?well then someone said just forget the money and let them come in.And they came in. 😭

But then sneakily my dulabhai gave me and my cousin 2,000 taka.

Then you know the regular stuff.So then the bride and groom sat down to eat.They called us so me and my cousin went.We sat but i didnt know if we fed the new dula then we would get money or if we wash his hands.So i just got some food and met up with my other cousins.Then my dulabhai was ready to give money and noone was there except the photographer guy and my dulabhai thought he was family so he gave him 1,000 taka.

And when we found out we were so mad!Especially me!But thats kinda all that i remember.LOL.but my dulabhai turned out to be great and fun!And ugh just the wedding was fun!The food the place everything was the bomb.

Btw we had our wedding at Baton Rouge in Gulshan,Dhaka.
Did anyone go there?I love the food there!

I cant wait to hear more wedding stories. 😆

Aww...I remember my choto chacha's wedding now....I was in class 4 then...😆...our family is a very extended one and everyone decided to stay in one place on the night of Holud....gosh, all the cousins were given 2 rooms - one for boys and one for girls........we're awake the whole night and announced war between the two rooms......😆

On my Khalamoni's wedding, the groom side brought coins to give the money...but we made them stand there and counted all the coins....poor them, it was a sum of 12,000...all in 5 taka coin 😆




Haha...the photographer....😛I took away my dulabhai's whole moneybag on my cousin's wedding....after all I'm a no good girl 😈😆
