Now this is what's really funny. 😂
Everyone gives a damn. That's why every young actor keeps planting articles calling himself the next SRK, old actors' fans desperately post every other day how they're beating SRK, other fans go into a jealous snit every time SRK gets some recognition that their favorites don't get, etc.
In the 90s, there used to be hilarious articles (some of them were still online until recently) about how Govinda and Nana Patekar were bigger stars than SRK. If you look, you will even find ones saying Chandrachur Singh will overtake SRK. It was always a joke.
Keyword was 'now'. 90s is two decades old.
Yes everyone except the audience🤣 who are these young actors pray tell me. Except Ranveer, there's no one else. Even his PR has taken a break on this theory.
Other actors fans also wish the record of Rajesh Khanna's 16 consecutive successes to be beaten who you said is not in the same league as Amitabh or Dilip. So what fans fight or discuss about is completely virtual and away from reality.
Reality is present and present shows Akshay is ahead of SRK.
I think everyone accepts the fact that SRK is a Superstar and nobody can replicate his stardom and the kind of respect he earned through his years at the industry and so is Akshay at the same time but you completed disregarded his achievements saying nobody would care for him few years later😆 as his 'respect' is based on current political era which is not true. As i said, except few rival fans, nobody is bothered about it. He has given big hits beyond his 'nationalism schtick', aced his comedic roles, hailed and respected as the fitness and punctuality freak by his contemporaries, juniors, seniors and everyone, features in Forbes list, and done ample charitable work no matter the intention. I think that's enough to earn genuine respect and admiration. An honorary doctorate degree is not necessarily needed to prove anything else.
