Yes there is more to Aarti's accident. If Manohar is aware of Aarti's last word to Arnav and he openly says his step father is responsible for his mother's dead why didn't Manohar cleared that MU.

Manohar doesnt even know about what Aarti said. When Aarti was dying in front of Arnav, he had debarred Manohar from meeting her.

I had mentioned this in chap 3. The chapters are open, do read them again before they close 😊

I don't think Manohar is aware of what exactly Aarti said before breathing her last. He must be feeling guilty for something else and letting Arnav to accusing him. It does not look like Aarti said something direct. That is why Arnav is not taking a direct action. Just my hunch.
