I will still not buy land in Kashmir, it is not like is suddenly safe, and more importantly pocket mai baara anna bhi nahi hai🤣

There r buying restrictions on land in certain hilly areas just as per environmental laws..to preserve the natural beauty and not ruin it by commercialization..like we have agricultural land laws and green belts..Got to know this from our local guide in Ooty.

M sure whole of J&K's land will not be up for grabs either..all these messages and forwards about land and plots r just jokes😊.. people tend to find humour in everything now and make it viral..take it lightly. None of us r lining up to buy a house in Kashmir.

The point of removing this article was primarily to help companies set up operations and increase job opportunities for locals..and also to enable people settled their since decade or more to buy their own property.

As such people were free to live in the region but not buy a property there. Now they can have a home

As per the news the plots are extremely cheap there because they was no business.... People were not allowed to businesses
