There is a difference between Whatsapp and Facebook, with Bajaj's introduction I assumed he has a parent company like Facebook and he purchases small lucrative businesses like Facebook took over Whatsapp.

Bajaj's parent company has to be huge since he took over two companies recently. Anurag has to buy 51% share of his parent company, if he wants to take over, isn't it?

i dont know about this.. but i assumed here currently whatever anu is doing it is the way of collecting money from market by mortgaging his own property... but his property already buy out .. did he check it ? nah .. then in what basis he took money ?

exactly , basu has only right on bajaj company n company's assets not on his personal property .. and basu bari is on the name of bajaj .. then in what basis anurag will mortgagee his property ... banda thik se check toh kia na 🤣
