30th July Recap : Ved's Indecision

We last left Nazar with some burning questions !!

Will Ansh be saved today or will he ultimately be the reason for war ?

Will Naman “The Kancha Revavanshi” finally be able secure the mani for our side or will Evil prevail ?

Tuesday Recap :

Episode begins where we left off yesterday in Ansh’s bedroom. Nishant brings a vial of gangajal and asks Piya to drop in a strand of Ansh’s hair. It rapidly turns blue. Nishant worst fears are realized inside Ansh’s body is rapidly spreading the worlds deadliest poison. Piya tearfully 🥺asks her baba there has be an antidote for such a poison ? To his knowledge there isn’t one nor in medical science can it be found. ( As i said before because 😏it’s made up). “Only one person can cure Ansh & that’s DIVVYA !” Nishant grits out.

Piya is willing to break the raksha kavach and go ask for help. For her Ansh is more important. But Ansh stops her he doesn’t want Divya to win😡(atta boy!) reassuring Ved he shows full faith in piya and Nishant to find the cure. They won’t let him down. Nishant promises Ved to try his best.

Part 2 : Dilman and PG

Leaving this heavy atmosphere behind scene shifts to Naman and Dipan.

Dipan move a little far way from the bound man & naman puts down his bow.

He unbinds the man and asks him to carefully without touching him put the mani in his leather pouch (Smart idea better than Dil’s idea 💡) Only now the tables have turned ! No sooner does Naman get up than Missus hiihiingly points the arrow at him ( Ooo interesting turn) . Panna smirks thanking Naman for keeping the mani safe she asks him to hand it over.

Part 3 : Our trio of Doctors

We then return to our trio of Doctors 🥼err Chemists err Revavanshis’s at their Lab ( Seriously how do they carry so many vials, table , chemical solutions etc 🙄) Time is of the essence as our hero battles out his last moments ! Nishant asks Piya to shut door she spots Adi but Nishant asks her to ignore him. If she goes to him she will also be in danger ! Naturally Piya being a mom won’t be able to but she steels her heart for Ansh’s sake . Saavi shuts the door before Adi can enter. ( Not your day today buddy )

Part 4 : Piansh's love for each other

Elsewhere Ved goes out to bring water while Ansh bravely labours on.

He sees a shadowy figure in the distance turns out its Piya. She’s come to check up on him. In the background their song plays out Sajnaa 💕... He struggles to get up to go to Piya . She catches him before he falls and tenderly frames his head with her hands. He begs Piya not to leave him alone, to stay close to him. Assuring him she’s not going anywhere she reminds him of his promise that no matter what the circumstances we wont leave each other’s side. He says he remembers. “But for that Ansh you have stay strong and not give up. You are our strength. If you give up then we too will lose hope.” ( You guys it’s a touching scene ) Gently laying him to bed she leaves him to rest.

Suddenly from the hallway we hear a scream “ Piya “ Ansh whispers “ I won’t let anything happen to anyone “. So saying he gathers his remaining strength to find his family tied up like a rubber band in the blue Annaconda’s grip.

Ansh vows to protect them. Getting up from his dream Ansh keeps on repeating “I won’t let anything happen to anyone !! I won’t let Pralay yudh happen !! “ So saying he stands dangerously near the balcony ledge & flaps open his wings.

From above a wire sparks and ( gasp 🤭) his wings catches fire ! That’s looks really painful guys ! Ved horrified at the sight tries to rouse Ansh from his delirium. Fortunately Ansh closes his wings and Ved caches him before he falls. ( Close Shave 😰I say )

Otherside our trio concoct the antidote with the help of Shiv kamal dravya a rare flower which blooms once in 15 years. It won’t be able to cure Ansh but stop him from dying and give them time to cure him. While they work against time to make this potion else where Rathores are fast losing patience .

Ansh’s condition rapidly deteriorates ! Chaitali bless her naively suggests that they call in a sapera or pheer baba. 😂Avinash shushes her. To calm everyone Ved suggests they pray for Ansh.

Time for a rousing Namoh Namah ! While they keep their hope alive in the baground our trio work fast. Ved stays by Ansh side to rally him.

Part 5 : Mo the Devil

From behind Mo voices her doubts will Ansh ever recover ??

Looking ravishing in a cool pink outfit 😍she’s come to play Devils Advocate !

Like the snake who tempted Eve with the apple in the Garden of Eden so does Mo keep casting doubts on Revavanshi’s & egging Ved to go to Divya.

Ved is naive to believe that Pi & Ni are with them when they are really on Divya’s side.

Ved strongly refutes this. Mo switches tactics maybe they aren’t with divya but why aren’t they working hard to save Ansh to me it looks like they are pretending. They are stalling for time till it’s too late for anyone to help Ansh.

To which Ved counters Piya went to ask Divya for help but Ansh stopped her.

And she stayed behind ? Mo questions. Ansh is a fool in Piya’s love but Piya she can see Ansh’s condition yet she didn’t go to ask for help ?

Divya is Piya’s mom if she had asked her then Divya would have cured Ansh for her daughter’s sake yet she didn’t go ?? or Is it that Piya didn’t want to save Ansh at all because till Ansh is alive it’s difficult for Revavanshi’s to defeat Kali shaktiyan.

Ved’s faith begins to crumble. Mo goes on Nishant himself said there is no cure so which cure are they working on that too without Dayan rahasya’s help.

By now Ved is fully convinced by Mo arguments. Stammering out Ved says Dayan rahasya panna’s are blank so how are they working on an antidote?

Exactly Mo exclaims either they don’t know what they are doing or they are deliberately stalling for time ? ( And u wonder why i love Mo )

She urges Ved to take Ansh to divya or to let me take him to her. Thankfully Ved doesn’t agree to that suggestion. She knows she can’t trust Mo.

Ansh the sensible lad having heard everything asks Ved to keep her faith on Nishant and Piya. Ved agrees .

Elsewhere our trio finally make the potion which turns into a golden liquid looks like sunsilk shampoo to me. 😆

Precap : Ansh is unconscious and he doesn’t respond to anyone calling him. Sa is bringing the potion when she sees Adi disappear in a cloud of black smoke startled she drops it by accident. Ni worries whether they have enough of Shiv kamal Dravya. Ved ovehears them and she begins to doubt them.

My Thoughts:

Ansh is Ved’s weakness. Whenever he is in danger Ved has always displayed her selfishness. When Piya fell into a comma she was more concerned about her staying in the house to save Ansh than her own safety or to cure her. Nishant ultimately had to kidnap his own daughter. So i have no doubt she will go to divya.

Which brings me to this point that Ved could be instrumental in bringing about war and subsequently everyone’s end.

She was instrumental in saving the pralay talwar and thus ensuring war could not be avoided. And in tommorow’s episode if she gives in to her doubts and breaks the Raksha Kavach and goes out to Divya. She will start the war.

Which begs the question who is the actual Villain of Nazar Mo a Daayan or Ved ??

A villain doesn't necessarily has to be the bad guy he can be a good person too. He / she could have likable qualities do kind acts.

No to qualify as the villain he needs to be working against our protagonists aims / goals. Creating obstacles for heroes to overcome and generally bring about new twists in the storyline

Don't you think ved fits the bill quite nicely ?? 😏

During the course of the serial i've observed she creates problems out of her own insecurities & selfishness. She also gives birth to new interesting tracks.

She may be a good person at heart but by her deeds tho unintentionally she does things only a villain would do.

Divya :

This topic was discussed yesterday i wanted share my views as well.

Divya has done some unlikable things & seriously hurt her daughter but I'm not upset with her for 3 reasons

1) Apart from Ni Sa & Naman rest of the good guys are big ol softies Piansh included (don't kill me 😓). They think with their emotions rather than with their heads.

Pit them against someone as crafty as Mo there is no competition. It's incredibly boring to watch 🙄! Most of time they win out sheer luck than true grit unlike mo who survives with nothing but her wits.

I guess what I'm saying is having been overdosed with so much of sugary sweetness i welcome a ruthless badass adversary fighting on the good guys side.

It will be fun now watching Di vs Mo rather than Rathores vs Mo . That fight was like taking candy from a baby 🙄.

2) I think i understand Divya's blindness to everything but her need for war. I believe it has less to do with finishing the kali Shaktis than her hatred for Mo and desire for revenge.

Mo ate her son infront of her very eyes and then kept away from her family for years.

So i would say her motive is partially fuelled by grief & vengeance.

And while she has harmed Adi i do believe she does have some limit to her actions. Like when Mo tortured Ved Divya tried to stop Mo.

Seeing it from that perspective i guess i can understand how a mother grief can blind her to the things that are most important.

3) She is bringing a highly entertaining track on Nazar WAR !! And we all look forward to that track. Even now with her actions she makes things interesting. Like Adi the cute sarp, ansh being poisoned, our trio of docs, new inventions

So for all these reasons i can forgive Divya her actions

Ansh :

As much i deplore Ansh mommy's complexes he wowed me in today's episode.

Even on the brink of death his only thoughts were to protect his family from the pralay war. Aww the scene where he got up to fight the mythical snake.

He was smart enough not to given to divya's ploy nor did he let his mom get manupilated by Mo.

Rather he opted to show faith in Nishant and Piya.

In this war he'd have a crucial role to play.

Not only selfishness but also stupidity. Who had asked her to create the rakt bandhan between her and Mo? Did she not know that Mo could also take advantage of it?

Ved is the biggest idiot among these stupid Rathores. She is too impulsive and absolutely selfish when it comes to Ansh.

You pointed out the trishanku lok track. I have been irritated with that since they showed it. For her Ansh was the most important. Nishant kept on telling her that Ansh has turned into an evil DV. Yet she was with her," Ansh sadme main hai Pia ki halat ki wajah se." Like seriously? And she even stopped Nishant from taking away Pia! Does Nishant have any right over his daughter or not?

For her, Pia is important only because she is a Daivik. She accepted her as a sarpika only because she saved Ansh and brought him back from the dark side.

And, I am dead sure that she is definitely going to mess the things tomorrow. She will take Ansh out of the house to Divya or may I say, to the biggest threat.

Also, why does this woman never learn? Pia gave half her life to save her and ultimately put her own life at risk. Yet, she dares to mistrust her and Nishant? And whom does she believe ultimately? Mo! The one who has tried to harm them several times.

And I know, once Ansh lands in danger and is saved by Nishant, Pia and Saavi, she will be again shedding an ocean of tears saying that everything is her fault. She should not have trusted Mo. And the stupid Rathores will be like," aapki koi galti nahi hai. Aapne jo kiya Ansh ke liye kiya. Aapki jagah koi aur hota to wo bhi yahi karta." Like seriously!

You know what, I really want Nishant to give her a nice angry lecture on trust. For once he should lose his temper. It is too much.

Although, yes I must praise Mo. She knows Ved very nicely, knows that her weakness is Ansh and she stops using her nearly non existent brains when when it comes to Ansh. Smart move again Mo. I'm proud of you for this.

Exactly. For Ansh his family is the most important. He can go to any extent for them.

He is smart. He only has to use his brains more frequently. Also, he knows Divya and Mo, both are desperate for the war to happen. He knows Divya could use Pia also for her benefit just like she used Adi. He also knows that Mo wants to harm the reevavanshis. So he is careful not to fall in their traps.

He trusts Nishant and Pia, especially Pia. He knows they won't do anything wrong. I must say, Ved should learn something from him.

Of course he will have a crucial role to play in the war. He is supposed to be the strongest daayan vanshi. This is why Mo wants him on her side.

I agree with you completely. Ved had become the villain of the story after a certain amount of time.

I don't know whether I am doing the right thing by mentioning it here, but when I watched Mahabharat, at many times I felt the good deed done by the protagonists actually culminated into the great war which was necessary; yet brought destruction. For me Bhishma and Yudhisthir had been bigger culprits than Shakuni or Duryodhan.

I am apologizing in advance if anyone feels offended in my statement and I have no intention to hurt anyone's feelings. It's just what I had felt while watching it.

Ved comes as Shifu from the Kung Fu Panda Series's 1st part while Oogway cautioned him that sometimes by trying too hard to avoid something, we indeed invite them.

I guess, after Mridul's death, Ved had become overprotective of his kids and vowed she would protect them anyway. She didn't have her own children. But her own fear and insecurity grew with time and she turned into the obnoxious Ved we all dislike.

I don't think it's possible to look beyond our loved ones. In fact, if I look at Piya here, she herself took impulsive decisions one after another when it came to Ansh or Adi. It started long ago. She got trapped herself in a Rakhchakra because at that moment for her, it was more important to ensure Ansh's safety than trying and finding her inner strength to defeat Dilruba. She didn't hesitate to attack Ansh with Patal Ketki to weaken him for sometime so that she could nab Mo. And after Adi's birth, the list grew. She became a Jalpari, she practically attacked Rahul and despite her best intentions, the boy got killed and last but not the least, giving the sword to Divya. Being a Daivik she is expected to ensure mankind's safety first. So she should have gone with destroying the sword. But in front of Adi, that became less significant and she gave in.

The same applies to Nishant and Ansh too. Nishant stabbed himself for saving Piya but he didn't wonder if both of them would get trapped in Trishanklok then what would happen to Saavi. Poor girl had already lost her mother. Then Ansh, even when he was well aware of how powerful his and Piya's combined power can be, he still chose to step back and left Piya alone because he didn't want anything to happen to her during pregnancy.

All of these acts were plain stupidity but the protagonists did that anyway because at that moment they needed to ensure their loved ones' safety.

So I do give Ved some lease for being so obnoxiously stupid and selfish.

But the things that irk me most and make me want to strangle her is that she considers herself to be the only one who truly loves Ansh and can't see anything beyond him. Neither does she let anyone put some sense into her and unfortunately, the Agyakari Gathod Clan has helped shaping this belief of her.

Piya today, wanted to go to Adi but she stopped herself when Nishant intervened. Ved would have never done that. She would run to the imminent danger and create a bigger one.

And just because we love a person dearly, that doesn't give us a license to judge anyone else's effort or loyalty or love. I agree, nothing can be greater than a mother's love. But how did Ved even forget that Piya had risked her life multiple times to save Ansh. This ungrateful idiot has conveniently forgotten that Piya gave away her life force to save her. Nishant, God knows for how many times had stood beside them. But she keeps on repeating the same mistake of trusting Mo because may be deep down, she is more comfortable in associating with her own sister than a bunch of kind-hearted people.

In my opinion, Ved's actually more concerned about saving the person Ansh who she had brought up and is Mridul's son. He is more like a trophy for Ved to prove that she had done her duty well. But as for the actual Ansh who is also a husband and a father, Ved would be least bothered about Piya or Adi if the situation requires because she has to keep him alive; doesn't matter if his reason to stay alive (Piya and Adi) is dead in the process.

And that, makes Ved the ultimate villain of Nazar.
