Even in the first month of the show the trp was 0.8. Its not that JaBir has increased trps. EBSS has been doing well in UK since its first week. It has been in top 5 with Jahnvi focused episodes also.

Trps only fell to 0.6 during that horrendous bahu v/s bahu nonsense.

Plus, all this was during the World Cup/IPL season.

I feel a lot of it is budget issues. Shrenu and Zain are expensive stars. Ayub was expensive too. Tina and Tanvi were leads of previous shows, so they weren't exactly sideys either. The EBSS cast as a whole was a little too expensive for the channel for the 7 pm slot.

Look at DTHHJ. It gets an average of 1 trp. Not much better than EBSS, but DTHHJ came under the scanner only recently. It will still have a run of 150 episodes. Yes, people can argue that it was because its a Gul show, but lets not forget that IPK3 was also a Gul show and it had Barun. Sitara still pulled that show off air in 3 months because it was not getting enough trps at the 8 pm slot.

I think there is a slot-trp-cast factor. The channels have to pay the actors their salaries. So, for their salary and production cost, the show has to churn out proportionate trps.

I think thats why they let go of Ayub, to bring the budget under control.

So, if trps increase now it is not because audience prefer Pooja over Jahnvi. TRP audience just wants something to distract them for 20 minutes. Its probably because the cricket season is over.

Still I think they can get better trps if they move on from factory drama to family drama. Aunties are not going to love factory drama for long.

And they don't need to compromise Pooja's character, but I think if the trps increase for this week, then the writers will get the wrong signal that trp audience likes weak Pooja, so they'll keep making her weak. 😒

But what i think the fall was just that the secret was revealed to early to auidence as we can see in different series the secrets get started to be revealed nearly after 25-30 and it was not necessary to make people sympathy for janhvi that early let auidence hate her for atleast a month or 2 the trp would have been the same and equal focusing on kavya-kabir would have been eventually accepted them. . . . Online too all the characters were initially beautiful but as 1srt week hatched 1. 3 star wants that back any how! ! ! Which is being a bit difficult now as story line is very comman. . . Now

With the revenge done, there is actually no plot left.

The maximum this show can get is 1.3. The opening episode trp.

They have to think of a new story right now. They can't even copy from the Tamil show, because that show Jahnvi remained negative and Kavyas character was there too.

EBSS is never consistently on top 5 everyday of the week. This week it was in top 5, twice I guess.
