Media never cares for good pics. Ugly pics actually give them more clicks. You can guess which publications regularly get money from a celeb PR from the type of pics they use... They put an effort to find good pics for every article on that celeb. If you see a publication always puts the ugliest most pics and negative way of writing you can guess that they want money from that celeb.
