She asked apology bcoz of abir not bcoz of her family..when her family requested her to ask apology she refused to do so..but when she saw abir in the door step she recalled abir words when they were talking, and also mishti thinks for abir his brother kunal is more important and this rishta too, so bcoz of abir mishti decided to ask apology though she not convinced then she recalled the moments when abir took a stand for her.. i guess this is the reason for the flash back scenes
