because that what they wanted to show from the beginning. They are fooling viewers with Mishaan but their main motive is to justify their version of love. Agar Mishaan ki story hoti tho Veer-Mishti-Ruhaan's love triangle was enough to justify their title of silsila badalte rishton ka. but their main triangle was always mishti-ruhaan-pari. It was always about Mishti and Pari coming out as better person than their parents is(kunal nandini) How they choose different route than their parents. They choose love and MishRi is choosing sister. But they are not realizing that season 1 ka yeh problem nahi tha ke they choose love problem was dokha, cheating. agar woh log samne se bolte that they want to be together with each other tho woh problem nahi hota, ha heartbreaks hote but itna galat nahi aata woh sab kuch and they are doing the same mistake here. Choosing your sister over your love is not wrong but these type of planning plotting, making joke out of someone's love not considering him at all.
