So now we will have a very wealthy Babita bailing out Ashok and saving his house. Its all emotional as She had lived there for 17 years. Will she now be feeling the love for Ashok as he is alone now, as her character is now flipping between Hs and Ashok.

If they want to show the Khuranas and Ashok all the time than they should have left her married to Ashok and Mita as the other woman.

Has she become so wealthy now that She keeps on bailing Ashok out. Not that we see any cooking done as they had contact to supply meals for day and night.

First it was for Mini that her Father was in Jail. Now for the House as she lived there for 17 years. Seriously are the CV out of there minds.

Its losing the charm now. They get rid of Mita and send her packing to London so that the way is clear for Babita and Ashok reunion.

Crazy.

The show is losing its charm. And after Mita's exit, this might go the typical Ekta way. Mita did not divorce Ashok. So technically Ashok is married. If the show Babita suddenly doing a 360 all for old time sake, then she will become the other woman. There are numerous TV shows with this same old concept. The entire message of PB will be lost if the makers go this way. Right now it does seem it will go that way.

Mini always had weakness for her Papaji. So she will jump at the opportunity of being with her pujya Papaji. I get the feeling that very soon, HS will be left alone in his haveli just like he was at the beginning of the show. And Naem bi will come to tell him...."Maine kaha tha....."

And then just when Ashok and Babita will be happy family, baam....Mita will be back....

Of course, the show can do different..and I am still hoping it does not take this old sada gala route.....but with each passing day my hope meter is going down.

The story is about Bhartya nari Babita who is too good... story me 360 degree change..we thought of a different story but does not seem makers are keen for it...way it is going soon Ashok will realise his mistake and coax Babita to come back...just that don’t think Babita will go back to Ashok...she will get back the house...farz Ada karegi bechari Bhartiya nari ...HS will probably sell his haweli for her 🤣🤣 nowadays waise bhi he does nothing except helping all bichari mehlaye...but then after Ashok apologises Babita will listen to her heart or she will try to go back reluctantly and Mini will make her realise or will make her accept what she wants...Mini will get angry first then understand that her mother and HS love each other something of that sort would happen ...so Babita will stay in the haweli if it is still there 😀😀 and marry HS Ashok can then call back Mita...so all ok ...that is how the story is going to end ...

If they want to take a different direction then there are a few things they can show:

1. Babita battling against her sense of obligation and overcoming it to be emotionally and psychologically free of the Khuranas. She's nowhere near that as Naeem Bi correctly pointed out. In fact, Meeta leaving makes it more complicated.
2. They can show Ashok trying to make amends with Minnie and Babita's discomfort as she would prefer to keep him away, but the mentality of loyalty to blood ties will tie her hands instead. Keep in mind that HS has not formally or informally taken Minnie on as his kid, so somewhere in her mind she misses a father still. I want to see both Babita and Minnie's journey towards realizing this.
3. Babita's possessiveness about Minnie as she's growing wings while she's busy expanding her business should create plenty of conflicts between them as well as with HS, plus poor values passed on by the now too close by Khuranas. I actually want to see him having an all out cold (or hot) war with her over this.
4. HS gets fed up of being taken for granted and asks Babita to make a clear, explicit decision about what she wants from him. This would force her to stop hiding behind 'log kya kahenge' and take responsibility for her actions.
5. Babita goes back to live with Pinku after reconciling with him but maybe Minnie will go to live in the Khurana house with her grandparents.

If handled well, these tracks can have great impact without clichéd scenes and outcomes.

The beauty of this show is in its simplicity and the zooming in on the everyday situations in life, which has kept it realistic. Babita's attachment to her in laws does not seem strange to me at this point. As an orphan she feels that the grandparents fill that gap but she needs to learn that she doesn't need anyone - her happiness should come from within. Even if she weren't an orphan... I've seen many women keep in touch with their ex in-laws even if not with the husband, so I won't be surprised if she doesn't break free of them short and long-term.

100% agree. Somehow I think she keeps saving ashok more so that she can appear great then for mini’s sake. Mini has already said she feels shame at who her father is, so much so that she changed her surname so she has no association with him. One the one hand babita constantly shouts at HS even when he’s not in wrong so as to assert her authority but on the other hand she seems to enjoy being a doormat to the khurana family, including ashok. I appreciate she saw them as her parents after her parents died, but surely their actions from Ashoks return proves that their feelings weren’t returned and all they saw her as was a daughter In law- one they were willing to replace with mita. Babita was doing so well growing in confidence and being independent but it seems deep down she misses being the khuranas door mat and having a husband who she never saw. If she saves ashoks house she will be the biggest fool ever. No1 in that family has any sort of loyalty beyond what they can get out of you. She needs to stop being sentimental coz when she was at her lowest she was alone, which she seems to forget. It’s funny how the makers sometimes show her as so strong and smart but other times she’s really stupid. She needs to be shown to be moving forward not keep looking back. All those relationships she yearns for were only in name only- not one of them helped her. She forgets the issue that was made about her own jewellery.

I have a feeling also that if ashok were to apologise she would go back to him even though he’s shown just what a lowlife he is. She longs to be wife and daughter in law

She shouts and does not appreciate the people who have helped her and made her who she is today. She loves shouting and telling off HS.

But the Khuranas are everything to her. She served them 100% and got used to the taunts etc and non existent imaginary love for Ashok. That now is willing to go back for more.

Even when not financially secure she bailed out Ashok for Mini sake and now the House for the elderly Khuranas and I am sure that if they said please return to Ashok and bring him back to track, I am sure She will return to him because She cannot refuse them anything and She will be go back to him in a blink of a eye.

Even her Mini tells her to move on but the great Babita still dreaming of Ashok and Khuranas. No hope left now in this serial and her flipping like flipper is crazy.

Totally agree with all of your points here. Last two episodes especially Thursday one were very irritating for me. I am not sure what is actually makers trying to show us but eventually they are making Babita and Minnie ,especially Babita`s character very unstable. If she took 2 steeps forward ,then next 5 steeps backward. Not sure what they are trying to prove or trying to show us?

Why she is so much attached to KHURANAS? Just out of respect or like lots of you saying she still wants to go back to Khurana khandan as bahu and want to get back all her rights this time? She can easily forgets and forgives all Khuranas mistakes ,missbehavior, selfiesness etc etc but makers never showed us the same effort she is making to get along with her brother or his family. No doubt he was terrible on that day and no sisiter deserves this kind of bro but his wife came with the new born and said sorry . But according to me Her 17 years old ex inlaws were same ,even worst than him. But she is very much fine with them . Very strange.

All her frustrations come out o n H.S .Is this because she actually loves her ( in her subconcnscious mind) and rigid not to eccept it or Thats just a bad taken for granted attitude towards H.S?

Minnie loves her Hanuman uncle a lot but she has not grows any special soft corner for him (as a dad or da like figure).I know it`s extremly unfair to axpect from ateen ager girl to understands H.S and Babita rellationship but my point is I dont see any special corner for H.S yet. During H.S camping time I thought Minnie will say that she is missing H.S so much or she will call him to ask what was he doing etc but nope.H.S called her at night. Now againg we see when Baita was worried about H.S she was very reluctant and even annoyed to see Babita was worried about H.S and asked her why she was so restless about H.S? On the other hand still after knowing Ashok true color she has very very soft corner for her PAPPAJI and I wont be surprise if she wants to go back to him after seeing his missarable conditions and definately to see her BIJJI AND DADDU sad . Sometimes I feel they treat H.S a their keeper ,protector who can do anything to help them in their hardest time and thats it BUT then there are some times I feel they really love him as a family ( like a happy small cute family). Not sure.Minnie`s attitude also shifting very fast ,some time very very mature and some time very insensitive ,kind of rude bratty.

Looks like makers are right now really confused right now may be MEETA`S exit is one of the reason. But bringing the entire Khurana to Naim Bi `s place is the worst move from their side. Now God knows what they want to do with Ashok and this house?

Hope they handle everything with logics and real touch. I rwally love this soap a lot .

Mitas exit was initiated by the PH..so why they confused?

They could have kept Mita and done the miscarriage track...it seemed like the track was going that way..or they could have replaced her with another actress...

Instead they destroyed Ashoks character to that of a useless son, brother, father and husband..he has let down everyone and fallen to a point where there is no redemption

The PH are beginning to f@@k up the show...they need to get a handle on their shit and get this show back on track

Lesson learned..ITV will remain regressive. No hopes for any kind of good quality show from start to finish. It will remain like this unless makers make finite shows.

Babita will now be a pendulum. She basically wants to go back to the Khuranas. I am sure if Ashok becomes Valmiki, Babita will go running to his arms. Usually, makers show a Female being superwoman doing all good deeds and not getting anything in return. This show just made a role reversal. They created HS as the super hearted unrealistic man doing the same.

I have given up on this show.
