I think the makers thought that Kabir-Kavya romance would be accepted by people. But it was rejected by trp audience and online fans alike. TRP audience as a matter of fact rejected the whole show. Sigh. So, now they have to create stuff for which they were never prepared.

I dunno what did Star Plus really think? That a lesser tried genre of show, at the 7 pm slot, would garner trps, specially when the World Cup is on? And why is the channel so impatient with trps from this show alone? I mean, the Happy show has been consistently giving trps of 1-1.2 for more than 100 episodes now, but channel seems fine with that show.

Why not let EBSS run for 100 episodes with the original script too? Then they can axe it. But the kind of pressure they have put on this show since 30 episodes got over, first with bahu v/s bahu, now revamping the whole show, makes me think that Star never wanted this show to work.

Anyways, I am eager to see what happens. They fastforwarded the story, but the basic is same Jahnvi v/s Kabir, which I always wanted, so I'm okay. Don't want romance, but I think that depends on audience reaction.

@magizh be practical she us not janavi her mame us Pooja Sharma. They never showed a love relationship between Dhruv and janavi. Thearraife is not even considered marriage. This is itv. Weather few agree or not many live shrwnu zain trp will tell it all and popularity.

Ananya the difference is Happy is guls show. Kulfi,Nazar are running successfully so the channel is ok with the Trps the show is getting.

If iam not wrong this is diptis first show with the channel. They had kept the romance for kabir-kavya and Jhanvi to spice up the show.

The romance part must hv come later on but they started to trip-fall scenes from week1 which the audience cudnt connect. Hence the result. Still can't digest the fact the way in which Kabir revealed the truth abt vyom to Kavya.

No. It will be another facade. Even if he understands Pooja's heart, he might like her but never love. It is Kavya only at the end leaving Pooka heartbroken.

Yeah that is what they are intending to do. Hoping that younger audience might be watching tashan for chemistry. But i loved the thriller.

But Kabir has been shown as a person who always stood for the right even against his father. Him being shown totally against Jhanvi aka Pooja stands against his character , if he has known the truth behind Pooja's revenge. Well lets see.

They might like the look doesn't mean they are gonna watch. They cant watch it at 7. It was too honest to being thriller for some 20 good episodes. It was well done. Audience are reduced already by half for TV shows. Earlier general shows used to get 2+ 3+ and thrillers wud satisfy with 1+. So it is only reasonable that EBSS got the TRP below 1 when others shows are getting in below 2.
