But there is procedure to follow. It's a listed company, chairman cannot be replaced until AGM/EGM held. Also, in india there is something called SEC, which is monitoring. If any company acquire above certain %age , if I am not wrong it should be more than 5% should be disclosed in the market. Cvs need to work on what they r saying. It's so stupid of them showing someone buying in the market, n company doesnot know. Also stupid to show, company going out of cash flow when shareholder changes.
