Ritu, thanks for sharing the poem.. made me think a bit more.

Hope you and others don’t mind my sharing this.

The poem is very apt here for Samaina. They are in this self made illusory cage. I say illusory cage because it is their assumption based ofcourse on some examples that a married man will not be offered a Hero role etc.. hence they spun this web of lies and are trapped in it. They can choose when and how to free themselves from this cage. All it takes is to utter the truth.

In the case of Preethi and Aditya, they are truly caged like how we keep pet birds and they are caged against their will. They want to be free but the outer forces (parents and societal norms) are not allowing it. The person who caged them will have to free them too.

Another thing I do is to just copy my whole post when I’m done typing. Then if there is an error also I restart and paste my message.

Nice episode too. Nice title. All are caged in not only by the lies that they have woven but by their exprctations too. Nainas ecpectation for sameer to succeed, sameers expectatoion to succeed and to fulfill nainas wish, preethis expectation for her families approval, her families expectation for her to be the ideal 90's ki bahu.

I think sooner or later all will be liberated from this pinjra.

Sameer and adithya scene was nice. So this is the begining of a new friendship. We miss mundith but i think life is like that. As we move on with our lives we make new friends but that does not mean we forget the old ones. Wish to see mundith too atleast a few visits by them and so on.

Sasur damaad scenes are a treat to watch in this whole mumbai track. Rakesh's concern for naina and sameer too looked so real. Chandeshji was fab in that scene. Naina is insecure but is genuinely trying hard to get over it for sameer's sake. I hope sameer understands that its not easy for her. Her consoling him with chocolate and then the conversation that followed was heartwarming. We are getting heart to heart convo in mumbai track and thats a great thing. Makers tried to close the loop of karthik hug but like appu i too am not convinced. If sameer was only possessive i could understand but he clearly said he cant see her act like that nor can he act like that. So what changed now?

Felt bad for preethi. Her saas was acting like a kid while preethi showed so much maturity. Her saas likes her but is bound by her mindset. Lets see what makes her to change her thinking. Shubam understood preethi's sadness and expressed his helplessness. It was a nice scene.

Dinner scene was hilarious. Both Randeep and Chandreshji were brilliant. Naina has now become NSM, arrey Naina Sameer Mahershwari nahi baba Naina Sandwich Maheshwari. Pehle sameer ki baari thi ab naina ki hai.

Sameer trying to explain to Rakesh was done well. Loved tha pyar ki dor dialogue.

Precap mein suspense. Rakesh ko dimaag mein khalal wali baat ka pata lag gaya hoga issiliye he is angry. But loved the way he haq se said sameer ko do thappad deke jaaonga.

Parso ke precap mein sameer was eating chocolate aur kal ke precap mein he is eating mirchi.

A little bit on the college play and Naina-Kartik hug and what followed that.

I know many of you feel that got closure yesterday.

Tha topic was only addressed and it was shown that Sameer still gets upset when he remembers that scene and said Mera dil chota hai aur tumhara bada, and so all is well.

The real closure for me will come when Sameer remembers the words he said back then. That he cannot accept Naina doing such scenes and can never himself do such scenes.

When he comes to the point where he has to enact such a scene.. that is what I want to see. Will he really be uncomfortable doing such a scene or will he be okay. If he is shown uncomfortable but again remembering Naina’s words and gets motivated that would be wrong. Then those words in college were meant only for Naina and not for him..

I agree that him being jealous or insecure when he saw that hug was okay considering the state of mind he was in, but the words he said were seriously said.

In the end I am all for his success as an actor or anything but that incident should hold significance.

For me the episode was kinda ok. I don't understand why Sameer has to blow up small situations. Yes he is short tempered agreed, but somewhere he has to understand this acting profession may hurt people around. I don't know if I missed something!?🤔the hug loop seemed to be revisited yesterday and Conclusion was naina has a big heart. Like appu said let's see what he does when he actually has to enact an intimate scene.

Preeti shubham scene had a lot of depth for once. He seems to be a sorted guy under moms pressure.

I wish while talking to aditya they had shown snippets of Munna and pandit. Kinda miss them now. From the precap seems like rakesh knows the dimaag ka khalal lie.

Thanks Aparna for the info. There was a 'go home' message but i thought it will go back to home page then anyway when you come back to the forum your message is deleted. I didnt know your message will be already posted.

I usually use my phone to post so type it directly on reply but then you can only save draft. I tried that but that too didnt work.

Its so frustrating when you type and the whole thing gets deleted.

Yes i had read what you said to Prachi yesterday and tried going back and when i returned the post was there but still could not post it again. Is said the same thing each time 503 error.
