I like Salman on screen but the way he treats women just goes to show his upbringing, growing up in a house where his father brought a stepmom despite his mom being there, shows how much respect is given to any woman in that house. It’s pathetic even in this day and age, he acts like a man child.

Yes it effects a child. But Kat is also effected. She doesn’t have any self respect. It’s not just with Salman. But Aamir and RK also always keep insulting her whenever she has movies with them. I guess that’s what happens when one is vulnerable and doesn’t have a stable family and/or hiding something to be confident and secure enough. That’s why I feel disgusted by those who make fun of Kat’s upbringing as if it was her fault to be born in that family. Not everyone is privileged like Sonam, DP, etc.

Salman is frustrated bec now Katrina is single & he has lulia. Lulia came to his life when kat left.Katrina wanted committment from Salman but he refused so they broke up.Same happened with Ranbir.Katrina will not say yes to Salman only for namesake she wants marriage.Salman always insults Katrina but she don't create scene publicly like him.

After the whole Sultan fiasco, nothing Salman says or does shocks me anymore. At this point, I judge anyone that willingly associates with a monster like him. The likes of Katrina who silently take his taunts and say nothing to condemn his derogatory comments toward women, including a fellow colleague of hers(PC) are part of the problem. I simply cannot bring myself to feel any empathy for a person that maintains a friendship with a criminal and known abuser, and allows herself to be humiliated and degraded on a public platform on multiple occasions, just for the sake of staying in his good graces to keep her sinking career afloat. Pathetic.

Salman has a habit of saying rude and deplorable comments. His sense of humour is deprecating. He probably feels that these kind of comments are funny and unfortunately NO one ever told him to stop. What he said about Katrina is so small in front of the rape woman comment, which is by far the worst and most degrading comment he ever made.

Its noteworthy that people on social media might condemn it, might get angry on Salman but would still go and watch his movies. He gets no punishment for what he blabbers. Nothing stops him from being nasty.

Why Katrina tolerates, obviously there must be a good reason. She either weighs the benefits vs revolt and finds its better to avoid or ignore. Or she snaps back at him in private. Thats the kind of understanding he has. But there is one thing to be said Salman that does care about Katrina and that's undeniable.

Whatever it is the duo are happy with it.

This is called choosing one's battles wisely. She had said in an old iv that she doesn't argue w/ senior co-stars on *public platforms* cz pple criticized her for bantering w/ Shah during one of the promotional events of JTHJ.

Meanwhile:

Ranbir recommended Kat's name to Prakash Jha for Rajneeti. YRF offered New York after they chopped off her role from Bachna Aye Haseeno. She was just doubtful of Aditya Chopra's intention, Salman reassured her it would be fine, Kabir is a competent director. She signed ZNMD, MBKD, ETT after her breakup with him.
