Part 2

He turned only to find the person he loved the most. Those brown long hair. Those black eyes which which made a special place in his heart years ago. And indeed her confidence and stubbornness which makes him forget his whole world. He was mesmerised by her. But suddenly his wide smile dropped as realisation stuck him. The only truth about him was he was not allowed to love anyone , he was restrained from falling for anyone. His jaw tightened.

Drishti was shocked to him. He was the last person she had ever wished to see. The last thing she wanted was to work with some arrogant , prideful, egoistic and self – centered person but now she had no choice. A Vinay’s voice broke her chain of thoughts.

“Miss Sharma, he is Mr. Rakshit Shergill. CEO of Shergill Group Of Industries. Your boss.” Vinay said. “I think I should leave now.”

Rakshit cleared his throat. ”So Miss Drishti Sharma, I will appreciate if you focus on your work rather staring at me.”

His sudden accusation startled her “Excuse me? I’m not staring at you.” She explained.

He raised an eyebrow. “Is it? Your eyes always betray you.” He said as matter of factly.

“I was just checking the colours of walls.” She blurted. “ The colour looks awful. Does anyone told you that.”

There was dead silence for good 20 seconds.

His dark brown eyes were piercing her. She felt like he was reading her heart and mind. Whenever she was with him her feeling always left her to fight alone from this unknown feeling but she always managed to win against this unknown feeling. She never understood what she feels for him.

It was last year when he met her. Ah! That day how can he forget about that. It was the best day of his life. He had never been in love. Infact he didn’t know the definition of love. But when he met Drishti everything started to change. The walls he had built for people to enter in his heart started to collapsed. It was like restless waves got their destination. Sadly he got to spend only one week with her but it was enough for him to change a part of his life that was opperessed by hatred. Now there was room for love in his heart.

It was last year when he went to Delhi for business trip. He was waiting for someone to pick him at airport but nobody came. It had been 15 minutes, now his frustration was at a different level. And then suddenly a girl came and started to pull him. He was startled .But he can’t do anything.

Finally he asked her skeptically . “what are you doing? And who are you?”

“Are you asking me?” The girl asked with a gleam of surprise.

“Do you see anyone else here who is literally dragging me.”

Hearing this she left his hand. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to drag you.” She said this while emphasing the word drag.

“ So now will you please tell me who you are.” He asked her impatiently.

“Didn’t your grandma told you about me?” She asked him a irritatedly . “Anyways I’m Drishti Sharma. Your Grandma’s friend’s granddaughter.”

“But I don’t have grandmother.”Rakshit thought.

“I- “Drishti cut him off.

“Come fast Purab or else Dadi will scold me.”

Rakshit knew this was a misunderstanding. But the way she was looking at him, requesting him to come with her he didn’t wanted to correct her .He was lost in her beautiful eyes.

Nice update rak and dhriti know each other . Met eachother due to dhriti missunderstanding him as someone else. Rak liked her at first sight. Both liked each other I guess.
