Actually I am not against it , it's just a companionship for life but I want it to be in my way like I want a companion who can deal with me and insecurities and vice versa. But the way my mom makes the entire existence around marriage puts me off. I have an uncle who everytime he visits my parents talks about his daughter marriage or the lack of it. They live in London too but the parents are quite conservative and cannot appreciate qhat a cool daughter they have!

First it was she has to marry a Kerala Christian form the same sect of Christianity. Then it became Kerala Christian - any sect. Then any Indian Christian. Then any Indian. Now it is marry, just marry!
