Nana Patekar, Ganesh Acharya, Sami Siddiqui were accused to SEXUAL HARASSMENT by Tanushree Dutta after she kick started the Me Too movement in India last year. She resolved to punish the industry veterans on the grounds that they harassed her 10 years ago on the sets ofHorn Ok Pleassss.

After filing a case against them, police probe started and they started recording statements of everyone who was present at the time of the shoot.

After many of investigation, police do not have a strong case against the accused because none of the witnesses’ stories have corroborated with Tanushree’s. They say that either they don’t remember what happened or the details in their memory are unclear.

Daisy Shah who is an actress now, was an assistant choreographer with Ganesh Acharya (one of the accused) on the sets. Police recorded her statement but even the details given by her did not match those given by Tanushree.

Meanwhile, Tanushree claimed that witnesses have turned hostile because they are either Nana’s friends or have been threatened by his clout. She said despite that she is determined to make sure that she gets justice not just for her but also for everyone out there struggling with people in power exploiting their position in the industry.

okay so daisy shah was there, she claimed she SAW what happened, but even then her details of the event DID NOT MATCH tanushree's ..???

Ok. Why did Tanushree and Janice lie about Nana goons attacking her car when it was Mediapersons who had a fight with her bcoz her father broke their camera? There was even a FIR registered back then and it was between her and Sahara News group? Which was later resolved off courts

This was always my point in this case.... Other cases are straightforward harassment cases. But here it was possible that she misunderstood.

Had he called her to his hotel room and misbehaved there, I would've given her benefit of doubt... But she said it happened in front of the whole crew. I don't think anyone is that dumb to do so.

Her story sounded unreal right from the beginning. I think she was just being over protective of herself and misunderstood. That is not to say Nana Patekar doesnt do these sort of things. There are many instances of him misbehaving with females. However in this case I dont think there was any misbehavior. Just a question of perception from different parties. Nothing about clout or anything. In this case Tanushree just made a mountain of a molehill.

Tanushree's allegation against Vivek Agnihotri was refuted by an associate director. Something similar is happening in this case as well. Even I think she misinterpreted the whole affair.
