I have a question

I just finished watching today's episode and I have a serious question. Why does noone ask Abhir whether he is alright? Abhir was drenched when he got home and given how he is usually super chilled and happy, the change in his demeanor was very apparent. Yet I saw no one ask him how he is feeling or why he looks upset.

-Abhir instantly recognized that something was wrong with Mishti and questioned her. She was so pre-occupied that she din't even notice that something was wrong with him.

-Then there is nanu who only wants Kunal and Mishti to somehow get married and only uses Abhir to set them up. Abhir looked visibly upset in that scene yet there was not even a single inquiry from nanu about his well being. Even when Abhir kept behaving weirdly and repeating the dosti crap.

-Meenu is anyway self-obsessed so am not surprised she failed to notice Abhir's mood.

-Kunal was relatively better yet he just does not understand Abhir enough to notice when he is upset and trying to cover it up.

Is this intentional on the maker's part? That most characters fail to understand Abhir while he is everyone's agony aunt? I know he is supposed to be the bechara male lead but his family's ignorance coupled with the Maheshwari's Kunal bhakti is starting to grate on my nerves 😆

Exactly!!!!

If I was the writer, I would have added just one line - and that is to have Mishti stop for a second, turn around, call for Abir and ask him earnestly , "are you ok? You look upset"

And would have left the rest to shaheer's acting prowess!!! That man would have taken this little line to the top with his expressions and eyes alone. (Ok. Nuff of my fangirl-giri)

Damn these writers - there are so many such small small moments that often go untapped! I think m going to start a thread and keep adding episode wise. Maybe they catch on. :P

PS - Rajshri should seriously stop fangirling Kunal . It's irritating.

How come you are not a professional writer yet? Itni simple baat lekin itna effective hota.

I went into my shaheera fantasy mode for a bit He would have killed it with his expressions.

Please do, im sure they must visit indiaforums once in a while if they run out of ideas. I remember someone mentioned that ages ago.

I think she needs to get over her fear of Naman. It is very annoying.

I was thinking the same. He came home all drenched and noone was bothered. They should have thought that it wasn't raining so how come he got wet. 😭 Poor Abir. He is only there for everyone to give his free ka advice.

I also want to add why are Kunal and mishti suddenly so enthusiastic and feeling involved in each other without even one single decent conversation? What has changed all of a sudden? Kunal feels the need to impress (taking abir’s help).... how did he get so interested in anyone? Wasn’t he supposed to be heartbroken person who just wanted to marry a girl of mom’s choice. In short, Kunal and mishti have started to bother me and everyone’s behavior towards Abir irks me bigtime.

Bang on. I don't think the writers are realizing that they are making almost every character insensitive towards Abhir and his feelings. To the point where they don't even acknowledge the change in his mood. Its like he exists only to ship Kunal-Mishti and somehow make them happen 🤪

Am honestly done with Kunal-Mishti. Am not sure I can take their scenes anymore 😆 Right now, its everyone's attitude towards Abhir thats irking me big time. Kunal-Mishti seeking Abhir's help for every damn thing is going a little overboard. And the sad part is the total ignorance towards his state of mind. Its like he does not say it and no one bothers to prod further. Right now I actually want Abhir to run away for a while and live in isolation so that everyone stops bothering him and he can atleast clear his mind 😆
