Kinda miss Priyanka!

The poll on here of Priyanka vs. Kareena (no-brainer)... reminded me of how good PC was/is.

While it's great that she's truly (one way or the other) made a name for herself in the U.S, I miss seeing her in author-backed, powerful roles. Whether it was Aitraaz, Barfi, Bajirao, Fashion, or even a Dostana, she is an actor I miss seeing on screen.

Do you think she'll be able to get such roles in Hollywood soon? I know she has the upcoming collab with Mindy Kaling, and the possible Ma Sheela biopic... but kind of tired of seeing her papped everywhere, but not working as the great performer she is. Hollywood is boxing her into the "Isn't it Romantic" type roles. Thoughts?

I don't know to be honest.. but if there's anyone that can make things happen and who has had destiny on their side from day 1 it has to be here. From where she has come from to where she is now she is a true achiever. But yeah would love to see her in bollywood movies again or if not then in some netflix series hollywood does a great job at that!

I miss her in BW too. In the US market, she's like a 1 hit wonder after the wedding buzz died down :(

I miss watching her too she was great in bollywood movies even in baywatch she was good but the film overall was not

But she always acts out for paps and insta fans. She's playing the role of NRI(not required in India) sociallite perfectly.

The Sky Is Pink releases October 11, 2019. I’m sure Priyanka will be amazing in it. The director Shonali Bose was documenting their last couple weeks of shoot and the film seems so heartfelt. Should be good!

Filming for the Mindy x Priyanka x Dan Goor project starts sometime this year in India and the US. They’re scouting locations in India right now.

Ma Anand Sheela is in development. She has films and TV that she’s producing as well.

We miss her now but she’s putting in the work for the long run. For now we just see her going to and from meetings and wonder what she’s up to. Lol thanks to people like Joe Russo we hear about they’re in talks for a film and they had a meeting otherwise Priyanka doesn’t say anything.

Another possible project...

Makers are trying to get Priyanka and Jamie. I don't know much about Jamie except for that he's popular because of the 50 Shades of Grey movies but the story of this film seems interesting. Lets see if it works out.
