How far behind is Kareena in the U.S.?

Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to see how far behind Kareena is in the States? I think we are on the episode where there is a Fake Tushar and family going to meet Pammi's parents, and Fake Pammi parents meeting the real Tushar. I hope that made sense. I know India is almost at the point where Kareena will meet Shah Rukh.
