Right now AJ's past & gulit of Antra's death is holding him back from admitting to himself that he cares about Guddan and she is his wife. Deep down AJ has the fear of falling in love & losing Guddan.

But I love how he was questioning, asking his heart & mind why he couldn't accept and admit the truth that Guddan is his Wife.

Since Angad is his brother, it was okay for him to say & reminded Angad that Guddan Akshat Jindal is your Elder Bhai's Patni & Your Bhabhi. AJ was reminding Angad who Guddan is in realtionship.

What I understood from his question is that The husband in his heart got pinched from the fact that he was not able to address Guddan as "Meri Patni" which held more possessiveness of a husband over his wife than "Bade bhai ki patni" held👍🏼 So he asked why he was not able to jatavofy that possessiveness over her and it definitely hurt his heart Tab Dadi simply replied just like ur heart registered the fact that u r Guddan's husband now accept it whole heartedlyby tieing Mangalsutra around her neck which he agreed because now he himself understood the value of their marital relation👍🏼

Basically aj meant to say he was not ready to be hubby of guddan because he considered antara was the only one for him as wife.
But things have changed I had to marry out of majboori so I did now whether I accept or not guddan is my wife nothing can change it but why I couldn't say she is my wife instead I said to angad it's ur brother s wife .
Why couldn't I say guddan is my wife seedha??
Was his concern

Because it's battle between his mind and heart
His mind make him realize his kitty is full with past quilt and responsibilities towards family.
But his heart craves to break the barriers and give guddan which she deserves as wife.

Aj stuck in a situation were he can't leave guddan alone neither accept her fully .

But he had made up his mind to give guddan the status with respect and love
