Hello everyone

I am new here I have been following Ytg since beginning have been reading posts for quite a long time without registering or commenting.

But after reading posts for the past 2 days I wanted to comment Shaan character has been under a lot of bashing and I just wanted to give my opinion.

I know what Shaan did was very wrong but nobody is trying to see it from his POV.

We know he loves Puchki and we can also see how much pain he is in infact he knows that he has destroyed himself by doing this one act and we also know that Puchki will bounce back being the strong person she is but Shaan will never come out of it so he is damned himself more than Puchki.

All the words that he spoke about Sonagachi we know he didn't mean any of it as he just wanted to push Puchki away.

So I don't understand why shaan doesn't deserve any sympathy.

We should also take into account that if Puchki comes back as Ridoy wife that will make her into a big liar and cheater why is nobody speaking about that she will become responsible for the betrayal when it comes I think she should come clean with Ridoy and tell him the truth.

I do feel for Shan but he has to come out of this trap that Nivi keeps him in..by himself I believe.. and for that he needs to loose Puchki ..I am all for showing his remorse ..I want him to fall so that he can get his spine back.. for that it is important that he discovers Nivi's truth himself..

As I said in some other post that in Monday's episode I felt for shan too coz his situation though deserves criticism but is understandable .. as a character he is weak ..and he needs to be strong in order to match up to puchki's

I have sympathy for shaan

But hes does not respect puchki from chhildhood

He never trust her if she speaks truth against Nivi or beauty or paromita etc

Arindam is in trouble bec of shaan only

why? because arindam came to know that Nivi had tried to murder shaan and wanted to divorce her when Shaan was kid

Who told do not divorce mom? Shaan

if arindam had divorced Nivi than all would be safe and happy nooo

I can understand a person is emotional but blind faith knowing true face of Nivi than too being blind of his step mom is not good

Next ridoy shall turn villan may be once puchki tells him she loves shaan not ridoay. Than also shaan will force her with Ridoy?

Ridoy tried raping Asmita that day still what shaan said this takes time be patient with asmita. Will he tell same thing if Asmita is his sister or mother? One rule for wife one friend and one rule for mother or sister is Shaans idea

You cannot force a girl to marry or love someone or stay with some man forcefully. Shaan forcefully married a unconcious asmita to ridoy? He and ridoy should be in jail for marrying a unconcious woman, no law allows that ever

The above are shaans faults

Puchki has no fault at all in marraige case

why?

Ridoy threatened to kill himself and married a unconcious puchki

Shes a spy for police to find arindam

So its ok if she lies to all majumdars about her back ground

Because first priority is to save arindam life

Will FBI, mosaad, KGB go and declare we are so and so as undercover agents never

So why should pucki?

Shes saving a life of arindam she can tell any lie its not sin in eyes of God

Who cares what ridoy/shaan etc will think once truth is out?

Saving a life is greatest work of God and not telling truth to some tom dick and harrys like shaan/ridoys etc is ok to save an human life

Asmita should not reveal that shes police or why shes acting as married to ridoy to anyone till arindam is found simple

Let anyone think anything puchki is right

Is it ok if puchki tells truth and arindam dies?

I have no sympathy for Shan. I started hating him the day he agreed to marry Paro for yet another one of Nivi's endless blackmails. He needs to man up & grow a spine. If he doesn't understand the type of person Nivi is despite Asmita warning him about her from the beginning then there is no use talking about him. He acknowledges that Asmita is one of a kind, true friend, loves him, has many high values but wouldn't believe her when she warns about Paro or Nivi, what the heck.

I agree with you.

Asmita knows Riddoy psycho side and she knows deep inside that she is doing wrong with him. She needs to be honest with him. She needs to tell him the truth that she is married to Shantanu and not him and that's why she wasn't comfortable getting close to him.

Or she can reject Riddoy and enter with a lawyer Mozumdar house saying she is Shantanu's wife legally so nobody can throw her out and come back with a BANG focus on exposing Nivi and left the house once she is done so that Shantanu redemption track start.

If Asmita agree to come back to Mozumdar house with Riddoy and as his wife...then Sorry to say but she is not better than Shaan...because it's wrong to still play with Riddoy's feeling chahe kitna psycho ho uske feelings ka istamal karna for her own purpose is totally wrong like it always was from the beginning when she agreed to marry Riddoy for her case and her attempt to expose Nivi.

Finally someone agrees this is what I am trying to say because before she wanted Shaan to accept her as wife but now to come back as Ridoy wife just for the case would be ethically and morally wrong.

To make it right the writer can take the cue from kasauti because she is Shaans wife and nobody can stop her from entering the house as she has legal right.

She is police she can even file case of inlaws abuse.

Btw kasuati is a much better written show.

Regarding the fact that she is a cop..nobody needs to know that so she can keep it a secret until Nivi is exposed..but using Riddoy's feeling to come back in the house is wrong. We all know she can't be totally honest about her feelings and about herself..her job her identity but she can at least not lie all the time...we should not forget that she was the one who agreed to marry Riddoy first...nobody forced her to. So Asmita can come back to Mozumdar house to do her mission she shouldn't give up her mission BUT without using Riddoy by using her legal right as Miss Shaan Mozumdar

I know the writers won't take this route but to me it makes the most sense to to come back as Mrs shaan that way she can also take revenge for what he did to her and then leave him after solving the case so then he has to work hard to get her back.
