There is so much of Murad's story left though. How he navigates the successful life. If ever he is tempted to switch to commercial rap for the money cause he's only human. An older mature Murad trying to foster a reality above his Dharavi existence. So much could be made outta it.

Anyway, Ranveer had alluded it could be about the Delhi scene this time around.

unless it is a great script, the arc will be stale.
While it will be interesting if a new rapper from Delhi is portrayed.
And Ranveer, Zoya and Reema can do something new.
Maybe this time a uber cocky person who just falls down to again rise up but a more humble approach.
That would be more interesting, although if Zoya can surprise with more about Murad, I don't think I have any right to question it.

Arre bahut se aise log hain jo sequel ke liye utaawale hain. Behave aise karte hain jaise gully Boy se achi koi aur film hai hi nahi.

MC Sher, Moeen aur Murad ki fan base establish ho chuki hai.
