Zoya Akhtar Confirms Gully Boy's sequel.

Speaking on the sequel Zoya tells me, "My co-writer Reema Kagti & I do feel there's so much more to b said on the entire hip-hop culture in our country. And another film exploring th theme is being scripted and planned.

Did she say it's a sequel... Or maybe it's just another story with the same theme.

I hope she takes other actors and NOT repeat the same set! .. I want to see how other actors play similar roles ... it piques my curiosity to see some of our BW actors as rappers!

I knew there will be a sequel when she talked about why the movie's duration was so long. She is really attached to this particular project.

OT: I knew they will do a new part. The movie was so loved by critics and public.. and the ending was ..quite open.

Can we have a story on Murad's further success, failures and such?

I want to know more about him and what happened to Vijay Varma and the street kids.
