Mamta asked Palak to leave Ricky cos of VP .. Things were getting bitter cos of the poisoning minds of Rishab & Saanchi .. We are still wondering why she isn't telling anyone & why she isn't taking treatment at per last conversation between Shivi & mamta he too asked her the same thing. She probably only has a month.. But Noons are Noons always stubborn..

Palak had told Mamta that Ritwik was becoming an alcoholic. It had to do with constant negativity around VP, Geeta and Vikrant and the games played by Rishab and little to do with Palak. It is sad that Mamta chose to separate Palak and Ricky than solve the real issues. Ritwik earlier chose to not disclose the deeds of Rishab since he is Mamta's son. Palak chose to not disclose about Geeta to Ricky. So everyone wanted to protect someone from heartbreak and ended up giving Ricky and Palak the biggest heartbreak.
I liked the little flashback scene where Ritwik tries to play a prank on Palak by showing her a lipstick stained shirt. She chose to trust him and told that she will never believe that he will cheat. Whereas Ritwik somewhere believed that Palak could cheat on him, though he had always seen that she was a person of high morals.
I also liked the scene where Ritwik comes to know that Gia and Dia are Palak's kids. It was heartbreaking for both of them. Though she had told him earlier that she was pregnant, it was a different experience to see her kids face to face.
Palak on the other hand couldn't bear to see the kids addressing him as Uncle and meeting their dad in this way.

We can say palak had that blind faith in Ricky she knew she cud always trust him of course he did earn her trust..😊
Ricky on the other hand was always shaky even though he knew he cud trust palak but the way things were happening the games Rishab played & the ugly situations he created & then finally palak giving up & giving into Mamtas demand to break the relationship broke him more from inside cos of course he never thot palak wud betray him..

They're saying S2 is more of things getting sorted ..so let's see Palak-VP-Reeva-Ricky-Palak..😊

Yes, even though Ricky had a Casanova image earlier, Palak knew she can always count on him.
Ricky had to struggle with his nightmares of his mom leaving him and Rishab creating situations against Palak. He had still chosen to trust her. I don't really fully understand what Mamta was thinking when she asked Palak to leave Ritwik. She knew he would be devastated, not only because Palak left him, but also because all his nightmares were coming true this way.

I just found her selfish at that time & even now she thot that by separating palak -ricky she would get happiness in her house ...such a lovely character in the beginning but I don't know if it's only the circumstances to be blamed or the choices we make ...
With that one decision the other relationships went so weak that it's beyond her reach now to mend them & she needs to now make right that same decision..

I'm loving the way they've layed out this entire script ..
