and now Manjiri Pupala from Ishqbaaaz...

its my request to all aspiring actor/actresses who want to do better work in tv shows should not apply for any show in GUL's production house/4 lions..

this is the only production house of sorts where new faces r launched n dropped after 2-3 months according to their convenience. their reason is always fixed people not liking the character or actor or chemistry so they are replaced...heck how does this happpen otherwise..

the reason why ekta kapoor is far more successful than any other producer that she always sticks to the plot..when she auditions for the actors, she locks them up and they r kept till the end unless there is a major urgency. her writers try to fix the story according to audiences they do not drop the actors

look at the amount of hardships these actors face before signing up the show..audition after auditions screen tests..look tests..contracts and then facing the camera..when u have locked them up u have to give them full chance to prove themselves...audience always take time to accept..the trp's dont rise in a week...

GUL doesn'rt have patience but EKTA has...which is why i respect despite i never ever watch her regressive shows but atleast she doesn't humiliate the people she's working with...

NOTE : i have not seen new ishqbaaaz apart from few episodes n never will but still i think what happened with manjiri was unjustified

totally agree...

i have noticed this a lot that she replaces the leads of her show in so short notices...

why do u hire them in the first place...if u do not have any faith in them...

i feel so bad for Manjiri...she already faced the brunt and dropped like a tick...

but i guess most of the aspiring actors/actresses have no clue about working of these production houses. Any big opportunity for them seems like the only thing they want and rest is history.

Avoid 4 lions !

She didn't spare the actors who worked hard for 2.7 years then what we can say about Manjiri.
But I think gul need to learn about workplace ethics .
A token of gratitude which she always forget to give . But I am sure today or tomorrow she will definitely learn it by some hard experience. I am waiting for it .

Once , the actors were threatening the makers by the word 'quit'. But now they are being removed and replaced easily if they do not cooperate with the makers .(Just the makers show a new actor and mention that this actor will act in the character instead of that actor) .That's all. But the treatment of the actress Manjari was definitely an unmitigated injustice. She faced so many humiliation for this show. Even now she never show her disappoinment directly or indirectly through her online accounts. I respect her very much.

This show makers do not believe their work and their capability. They believe only the actors popularity .

i know that Gul has always been in trouble with her actors even the established actors barun sobti or karan singh grover n surbhi chandna..but still these ppl r still established n they may come up with something to sail their boats...

but... the aspiring actors? are they really in position to threat the producers even in 1-2 months..they r totally dependent on that show for a while atleast..so dropping them out is really unfair.and this is why the newbie actors must not fall into the trap of showbiz and take a wise decision.

i dont have much idea about the other newbie actor/actresses

but Manjiri has an impressive bio and she has established herself already in Marathi industry. I don't think Ishqbaaaz would affect her that much, yes it was a good chance for her to act as a lead but it was evident from day 1 they will not keep her long.

i think here the channels should also intervene, these producers after all making shows for the channels right then why cant the channels decide about the actors because at the end its the channel that's receiving the trp's not the production itself

I agreee.

Ishqbaaaz actors has seen the worst of Gul in many ways.
Starting with Vrushika to Nehalaxmi she had already reached heights of being unfair.
She crossed the heights with what she did to Kunal-Lee, Shrenu and Mansi.
And well, I am not very surprised with what she did to Manjari.

Even in almost all of her shows, she's been the exact same! :/
