well u can use windows movie maker.
this progamme also helps to make video mix.

hey dear i try to help,

first you need to downloud the DV show in your computer desktop and then leave that and go to start menue and all programms so you will see Windows movie maker .

When you openned that program you will see a black screen on the right side and on the left a list of things that you can insert the video and music and pictures all this and in the bottom you will see a row in which you can dropp the video squence to save it .

OK then go to insert video and insert the DV show and you will see all the drama in short parts and then you can split your fav part by cliking in the black screen bottom there are two botton one is saving the pic and the other one split the scene. ok
now when you got your fav scenes or pictures then dropp them to the bottom row and you can add like this all the affect from the left side, so when you finished save it to your computer
