They didn't clearly show what happened at the bunglow. It was shown in a very vague manner. So am assuming that Mahir escaped.

The Krish guy is either from Huzoor's gang or Mahir himself. Though it is hard to believe he would escape and have an all new hairstyle and would be recognized as Krish already.
