What PC was told by the director, at the time she signed the film,she received that in the end product.

What mishti was promised by the producer and the director at the time she signed, she didn't see that in the end product. In fact she said when kangana came on board asked for her reshoot dates, she was told that these are the additional scenes need to increase kashibai character arc. Not only her role was cut from the initial she was promised, she was LIED To, to get additional dates from her.

It doesn't matter if it's an lister or a smaller artist, what they are promised at the time of signing, they should be delivered.


Wasn't kangana herself a side role artist, who complained when her role in kites was cut. She complained abt it to the media and anurag?
She was given a good side role in krrish3, would it have been ok if PC, who is bigger than her and A LISTER compared to her smaller actress status in krrish3, to have the producer cut her roles and scenes? Lessening the impact of her role?

This debate that she is not A lister etc sounds so much like kangna's chote mote actor statement...

no it was not. she was one of mankarnikas closest confidantes, which is why JKR left her son in her care.
she came with her from her city to Jhansi after her wedding.

Its so easy to comment without even watching the movie and performance's. I saw Manikarnika on the first day and I did notice Mishti though I didn't know her name before this controversy, she looked very pretty. She has less dialogues but she is helping Rani throughout and later as caretaker of the child. Her role is more in the background but she does get noticed.

I have seen Manikarnika.



Also krish himself said that kangana even chopped off a closeup of mishti... she's that obsessed about not letting ANYONE get any attention...
