Kya samjha tha tumne... main meel ka pathhar hoon?
Tum aage nikal jaoge, aur mein wahin, tumhare intezaar mein pada rahunga?

Clearly, Mauli has (finally) moved on. Or atleast she is on the verge of moving on. This explains her frustration with having to participate in this "rewind" drama. She wants to get rid of it ASAP. She is not having time to process anything, she is just tired of it.

But, we have not moved on. I have not for that matter. And I have all the time to think. So, I think. How and when, Kunal went on to become Nandini's Deewana?

As we have rewound life six years, he has faint memories of a woman. Who had a bad husband, who needed a savior, who wore sarees and jhumke, and made divine tasting kheer.

But, still Kunal is happy "planning" kids with Mauli, satiating his hormones, even while he is sick/unwell, and madly, deeply, crazily in love with Mauli. So, then, where is that "kami"? That "something missing" in this marriage?

I know Kunal once said - that Nandini didn't create any "distance" between him and Mauli or something like that, something was already amiss. But, that is not true right? Nothing is amiss.

Will Kunal finally realize that he has been a very shallow, superficial and selfish partner to atleast Mauli, if not also Nandini - because he simply got attracted to another woman and left a beautiful life behind?

Cheaters dont need reasons to cheat. It is their DNA to cheat. May be they are weak people. You remember Maya from KANK? She asks Dev "What if I find love after marriage", and Dev tells her, "Nahi Dhoondogi to Nahi Milega"... clearly, if you wont search for something missing in life, you wont find it. Does it mean Maya was explictly looking for cheating... no but implicitly she entered a marriage thinking this is not her manzil, it is a compromise, and its her own "complex" that makes her fall for as such a less than perfect man Dev. Rishi finally says towards the end, that all he saw in Maya's eyes was "compromise".

But here, Kunal is completely madly in love with his wife. No ehsaas of any compromise, or kami. What if they continue with this ML and another "saree" clad woman comes in the picture. What if Mehak, for example was a saree jhumke kheer wali. Would Kunal get attracted to her just as quick?

I know that they were trying to make a stark contrast in Silsila, by showing that an abusive marriage can cause a woman to be attracted to a much better man (Nandini's attraction to Kunal) just as much as a man can be attracted to another woman, despite having a perfect marriage (Kunal's attraction to Nandini). But it didn't play out well on screen, and even applying it to real life, or logically/psychologically, just doesn't make sense, TBH.

At this point, as much as I want answers, I feel that since the clock is ticking, I rather have more MauHaan screen time than wasted screen time on Kunal explaining his thoughts or actions. Nothing he says will make sense, and even if makes sense, it will never justify the EMA.

yes we have less time.
so no point in still showing kunan were right.
They were always right as per writers till now.
The ML track should have been used to move the story forward.
Use is for ishaali .
Doesnt the writer understands that much.
