Getting out of obesity is not easy. Many of the obese people go for workouts or diets. But they will take longer time or sometimes no use. But with some suitable homeopathy treatment it will be controlled to some extent and in very short span of time.

First thing first. Keep record of your weight daily. Take your weight early in the morning before meals. So the sins of overeating is measured and steps can be taken to control overeating.
Some exercises once or twice a week helps too .

Exercise is bad. First contact a endocrinologist and get a status then control what you eat. based on extent of obesity you might need that more help. Stay active...but don't actively exercise.. some results will show up in few months!
