Yes, because he is not a shape shifter. He possesses a person. Kinda like what PL did with Namuna. So when Pia touches Ansh(even when the Sarp guy is in him), his eyes glow. But Ansh can know if and when he is being possessed. He gets a headache and he feels curiously weak.
