Debutant director Adity Dhar debut film Uri: The Surgical Strike is released on 11th January, 2019 Vicky Kaushal in lead role. The movie saw strong hold on Monday even more than its opening day. However, it received mixed review from critics.

Uri movie 4th day box office collection was Rs. 10.51 Crore and took its total to Rs. 46.24 Crore in India. It remains to be seen how it holds its collection in the weekdays as it is competing with another movie The Accidental Prime Minister released simultaneously. Uri likely to cross Rs. 60 Cr by next week. It is a great achievement considering low budget of the film.

Considering the box office it can easily be predicted the movie will cross Rs. 100 Crore in the box office.
