yaar i have a doubt afreen is his wife but why was he so shy to confess his love to afreen...in fact he told her that he loves kabir that was cute but then he should tell her face to face...in the phone he is so shy what will happen when he wants to confess face to face....what is stopping to confess his love to his beautiful wife afreen....any guesses yaar...

i think that he still think that afreen is in love with kabir and treats him only as a friend he don't want to loose her friendship that is why he is hiding his feelings of love for her....that is my guess

i know rite. i thought of it too. yeah maybe your guess is right......... i am really waiting for that day,when he will say to Afreen that he loves her......... hope is this weak..........
