Why only cameos or supporting roles for him?

I'm talking about Abhay Deol here. He is such a great talent, a good actor. He has delivered some hit movies that were at the same time critically acclaimed too. I personally liked Socha na Tha a lot, besides he was his best in Dev D. I even liked him in Aisha and adored his chemistry with Sonam. I don't know if anyone has watched his movie, Manorama 6 feet under but if you haven't and you are a fan of suspense, you must watch it. It's again such a good movie but underrated.

For sometime, I have seen him doing cameos or supporting roles like in Raanjhana, I need to mention he was so good in that movie too apart from Dhanush. Now he is doing a cameo in zero. I don't know why he didn't get his share of Fame or may be his choice of scripts and the idea not to do many mainstream masala movies didn't work in his favor.

He has attitude issues and doesn't have the x- factor or a proper backing, otherwise of course he is a good actor.

Didn't he made a huge fuss about celebs endorsing fairness ads? He's a weirdo who don't go further in life

You think he has attitude problem. I actually haven't seen much of his IVs but he comes across as a sweet person though.

yeah, he did but I actually liked what he said/did though.😆 People would find faults but he was actually right.

Attitude issues as in that he is too vocal about his opinion and such people can offend people, like he offended Anil Kapoor, this industry is about licking people's ass.

I also think he has attitude problem.

He said a lot of negative stuff about his own movie Aisha after its release. Will producers take that lying down? No!

Also he seems bit of a pseudo intellectual and seems to consider himself too good for mainstream bollywood.

He is not a mainstream material. I cannot imagine him doing dance or fights. However good actor he may be, he cannot replace Tiger in Baaghi (who actually is not as good actor as him).
