Which Mother will Guddan Jindal choose?
In Christmas Precap, it's not only about the choice of family Jindal (right pulling) vs Gupta (left pulling) Guddan on their side but two mothers are also pulling her. From the right side Dadi-saasumaa is pulling her while from the left Kaushalya stepmom is pulling her.
Mother #1 Kaushalya Gupta: the 2nd woman her dad married that became her Mummy.
Kaushalya the woman who raised her from childhood to young woman she is.
Kaushalya consideres Guddan her stepdaughter a Bhoj, useless good for nothing that cannot do anything properly, tolerates her because of her husband n daughter. Doesn't miss any opportunities to insult her, discourage her, taunt her, lower Guddans self confidence.
It is already shown that Kaushalya purposely kept Guddan away from her proper teaching and guidance regarding world and household chores, so that her own blood daughter Revati is Sarv Gunn Sampan.
Because of Kaushalya, Guddan is the person she is today, without any proper directions in life, lack of confidence due to the Chit & Mistake Counting Kand, she has mentally tortured Guddan.
She is vile woman for her own Greedy she was ready and approved her daughter for marrying Akshat Jindal the person who insulted her at their first meeting, he is widower, older than her daughter by 20-25 years. For her money n power speaks.
Mother #2 Dadi Jindal, the mother she meant through her namesake Uncle Pati AJ. Dadi Jindal: the Saasu Maa, the friend, the mother, the guide, supporter of Guddans decision.
Dadi always sees Guddan has the Guiding Light, Hope, Healer of Her Family.
Dadi consideres Guddan the apple of her eyes, daughter of her, she is her Gudiya, her Ghar Bahu, her Ghar Ki Izzat, her Raunak n everything.
On the first day she already tested and passed Guddan with flying colors, regarding her Greed to marry her tycoon son AJ for money. Dadi has given space to Guddan that when time comes she will give her the reason.
Dadi supports Guddan because everyone her, so she isn't lonely, she knows that Guddan is good hearted person who sees goodness in everyone and try's to keep everyone happy.
She wants Guddan to bring laughter and happiness back in Jindal family.
Instead of not supporting Guddan's idea, even though silly she encourages Guddan so in the future Guddan doesn't get discouraged or is not afraid to try a new idea.
(My observation after Guddan disappeared from her Sangeet Kand, Dadi got swift of the treatment n view of Kaushalya regarding her stepdaughter Guddan n Dadi did voice it out to her.)
