Uhhh Mouli DID tell Kunal.about her prgnancy. He didnt want to.believe it.

So Kunal's view is:

- Yes, I cheated and humiliated you, not once in a heated moment but repeatedly, but you should have just kept on begging me and wait for me to.change.

- No, I am gonna completely ignore the fact that I was told loud and clear that you were pregnant, I went behind your back, listned to half baked conversations just so I could gather enough evidence to not believe you and accuse you, but you should have still had the faith that I would change.

- No, I wasnt one bit happy when I learnt about the baby, I did all my best to prove it to be fake. yes I was only sulking ever since I heard about the baby, but you needed to believe that I would have been a great father...

Why does Kunal think he is so special who.doesnt need to be responsible for his actions?

At this point Kunal is a gone case. as if his divine love wansnt enough, now we have to believe his mahaan baapta too. The fact that the makers are erasing his horrible past to guilt trip Mouli and the viewers tinto liking him and accepting him is very frustrating. ButBut worse is the way they have butchered Mouli. The way she is silent in front of him...gosh thats just heartbreaking.

^ that's a false narrative that she told him and he still didn't believe it (saying this in context of second time around after his doubts rose. The first time when he came to know he had believed it).

Even the first time around Kunal only came to know through Nandini, had Nandini not learned through Rajdeep that too btw and told Kunal, he wouldn't have even known about the baby.

The second time around even if he was being a jerk doubting and asking about her pregnancy based on all the happenings (Dida's earlier lie, Dida words about baby health, the doctor being mysterious and hiding as if hiding some truth), she did lie to him. She could have easily said that no i am pregnant and then later said that you doubted me so i don't want you etc. But somewhere she had made her mind. For her if he hadn't came back for her then she didn't wanted him for the baby too. She had her reasons but it doesn't takes away the reality too.

One can perhaps say Kunal had more share in the blame game but Mouli can't be absolved from her share of it too. One may decide to take and only accept Mouli's side of story but the fact remains that both were and are correct in their pov and no one alone can be fully blamed in all this.

I believe..there is no right and wrong in this topic...both are correct in their pov..mauli lied becos he question her self-respect...she did what was right at that time and also she did not want to tie him with her using a baby...i fully support her...kunu is right in his pov if he knew she was pregnant...he would not left his baby and her...things would have been normal b/w them...with nandu out of the picture since she was going away...there is a say kids brings parents even more closer...so things might have been sorted out...regards to mishti...there is no justification...both are right in their pov...

@strike: so, letting him know he was going to be a father wasnt enough, it also had to be done in proper way? Iske bhi kuch rituals hai kya? If your wife comes to tell you then credible but if you have to ask yourself then incredible... if they wanted Mouli to be partly guilty in it, then they should have never shown.Kunal ever knowing about the pregnancy. Not only did he not know, he went to Mouli himself and had it confirmed. And remember as long as Nandini was with him.he believed in the pregnancy, he was even talking about coparenting. But as soon as he realized Nandini would not want cooparenting and never let him leave the baby, he started the whole conspiracy on his own.

Secondly, he WANTED the child to be fake. Remember, he didnt talk to the doctor. He overheard a part of an ongoing conversation and believed that part to be true over what he wzs told by Mouli.

Thirdly, okay he didnt believe Mouli, how many times would Mouli had to prove herself? Like if he wanted he could have said chalo kuch medical check karate hain...but no, he didnt want it.

Lastly and mainly, Mouli had solid reasons to lie. The main being that Kunal not once showed any interest in the child. Beczuse I dont remember one scene where he was happy or generally interested in the child, do you?

Kunal had no reasons to disbelief Mouli, other than the half of conversation he heard and his deepest desire for the preganancy to be a fake.

@bold, it didn't happened that way, this is a hyperbole. He was back and believed in the pregnancy till that Mouli saving a kid road incident happened. He developed doubts from there

@italic bold he did talked to the doctor but she told him nothing. It was when he returned for keys he overheard her conversation. He did present that recording to Mouli to hear what she had to say.
Yes it can be said to be true that he was already coming with a bias in his mind when he confronted Mouli but then Mouli too made a conscious decision of not telling him.

In any case he has paid for his wrong, He missed the years of his daughter and now she hates him.
