From what's seen in the video, looks like the reporters were up on some tank from where Umaid Bhavan was visible where theywere covering her wedding and the bodyguards and police started calling them down and started a scuffle with the media.
In the second video, you can see a reporter saying that the tank is not a private property of Umaid Bhavan and arguing while the guards aren't listening. There's also some foreigner guy who starts pulling the media guys out and there are some people trying to control him.
