I loved many things about today's episode. Yes we did not get a scene between prerna and Anurag but in our disappointment let's not forget that we have all been wondering and questioning why there was no discussion and communication between the Sharmas. What are they thinking? How are they dealing with this?
The reality is that rightly or wrongly they think Prerna likes Naveen. And they don't like it but today made it clear that she is still their loving wonderful daughter. And that love is what makes prerna forget everything else in favour of what she needs to do for them.
The scene between Moloy and Mohini was also essential. Someone needed to tell Mohini that and the only person who has the guts is Moloy. Today I feel is the precursor to what Mohini is going to feel when this all comes out.
The Anurag scene was beautiful. Yes I too wanted there to be a phone call or something between them. But in a way in his dream she said all the things he knows she is feeling. He knows her and he knows she will be full of guilt. He himself is getting closer to acknowledging his feelings but he is not there yet. And while he is concentrating on that and Prerna, she is putting it to one side as a one sided feeling from her side.
And Naveen and Madhuri. I really liked Naveen Babu as the father in Naamkaran but the reality is that though he had a great character to play he was totally under-utilised in that serial. Most of the episodes had him just standing without any words. But is he a good actor. His laugh sends shivers down my spine. I can't stand Naveen Babu. Take a bow.
The pre-cap is good. Things are coming out. I really hope Shivani does something with that information. Her instinct will be to go to Anurag but I actually want her to go to Moloy. He is clear headed and will be able to get to the bottom of everything so quickly. And will give a brilliant actor something to do other than flirt with ladies.
