it deserved it 😆 The Jungle Book experience is still so fresh and so successful. Doesn't make sense why they wanted to make Mowgli so soon..

The reviews are terrible. That's why Warner Brothers sent it to Netflix instead of a theatrical release.

Mowgli was announced first, it went into production first as well. Disney just really fast tracked their film. It is far easier to do a scene by scene remake than an originak take.

So I don't know about deserving.

I am disappointed that Serkis came up.with this. But I am just wondering why Netflix bought it at full cost.
