I don't think the word is appropriate for the forum but it rhymes with kaand.
SRK says kaan mein dalo, Saif thinks waha daalo. :P

Yeah, it was what you thought it was. When I watched the movie again 2 years back, I found there were many... there was another about hole/hall.

Btw why does Kjo like to pretend this was his movie? KHNH IMO was the best Kjo movie (thank god) Kjo didn't make.

He wrote about it in his book - something about feeling unconfident about directing KHNH after getting bad reviews for K3G, and so after writing it he then decided to give it to Nikhil Advani (his assistant) to direct at the last minute. He was on set the whole time and the reason SRK, Saif and Preity were in the film too, he definitely had a say in everything in the movie too (it had very typical KJo humour). But of course the story would have been very different if it hadn't done well, we all know how he likes to pretend he didn't produce movies like Baar Baar Dekho and Kaal.

Lame excuse since that was his biggest hit. I think he did it out of desperation. He wanted to build a big production house like YRF, not wanted to stay the boutique PH, like a director who can afford to produce his own movies only. So he pushed his ADs... Nikhil Advani wala worked but Soham wala didn't.

Yup, I agree. I call BS on that too. He was just trying to show that not every Dharma movie has to be directed by him as well.

This is the bit I found on Google Books from his autobiography on why Nikhil Advani directed it:

"I was going through that, to the point that I thought I had to make a cool film. I was very charged. I thought, even I'm cool, I've grown up in South Bombay, I've got that affluence, I have that exposure. How can Farhan Akhtar be considered the coolest director? I will write a cool film. That's how I began my journey to write Kal Ho Naa Ho. But I was a bit shaken. I didn't want to go on the set as a director. I kept thinking that if I directed now, I might do the same thing again. Let me write a cool film, let me shoot from somebody else's shoulder. So I chose Nikhil Advani, who had worked with me on two films, to direct it."
