Conclusion of seleucids and maurya- Seleucus would never marry his daughter to an Indian. Seleucus was captured and his life was at stake
Maurya demanded all the provinces of north west India and Afghanistan and his most beautiful daughter whose name we don't know even today. Seleucus didn't care for his life but not accepting his demands would mean Syria would come under control of maurya and it would lead to death of antiochus and miserable life of his family. So he thought of the most wise decision and make peace treaty with his son in law and this treaty proved fruitful to him.
