It's keeping with Kunal's character. He didn't want Mishti and I feel that the reason he is not enquiring is because he simply doesn't want to know. he can't be that stupid. ANY thinking person in that position would have the question cross his mind, at least once. At least once, he will enquire of someone, if not Mauli then one of the Malhotra women. Or heck, just ask Mishti how old she is.

The reason he doesn't do these things is exactly the reason he left Mauli so quickly, so willing to think she lied about her pregnancy: this man does not want to know...

I refuse to believe he is this stupid

Mishti looks older than Pari.. Being a doctor, Kunal should do the math and know either Mishti has to be Mauli's daughter or Ishaan's daughter only.. She can't be their kid... 😡

But Kunnu bhaiya ka no bharosa.. He got his MBBS degree from God knows where..😆

Or either he thinks Mauli was a creep like him who was seeing Ishaan when she was married to him... We have seen Kunal how he thought Mauli could lie when he very well knew how much Mauli hates lies..

Married samajhne mai koi difficulty nahi hai.. Anyone will think Mauhaan are married the way they are with each other and Mishti adores Ishaan..
