VFX has its limitations, it can't make someone look as authentic as an actual dwarf like Dinklage. But yeah, the most commonly seen type is the disproportionate one called achondroplasia which constitutes more than 80% of dwarfism, so his look is not matching many people's expectations.

I don't know why is he made a dwarf? If the story was a love story abt two differently abled people(stop calling them disabled ffs they are actually more abled than most of us), then they could have made srk something else other than dwarf. If Dwarfism played a huge role, then its impt to research on it and do it correctly. Most time research done is not necessarily only for documentaries. Anyways more than SRK in it, I have complaints about Anu's acting of that role. It didn't come out authentic. She could have done her work properly. It's a role actresses can boast about(based on the difficulty) but anu being anu, in her attempt to make it her own, instead she made it very unrealistic. Maybe she could watched Kalki atleast if she can't understand malayalam(Parvati did the best job in BD).
